A Plus Reservations Policies
- A two night minimum stay is required for all weekend reservations; a
three night minimum may apply during certain holidays. Please inquire
for limited one night stays.
- Specials are available for off-season, multiple night stays, or last
minute reservations.
- Gift certificates and multiple home packages are available.
- Cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
- A reservation fee equal to one night lodging + tax is required to secure
your reservation. This fee can be secured with a credit card or
check; however, a credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
- The balance of the rental fee is due the week of arrival. Advance
deposit will be forfeited if accommodations are canceled less than 14 days
prior to the scheduled arrival date. All cancellations are subject
to a $25.00 administrative charge.
- Winter Storm Policy: In the event of a severe winter storm, it
may be permissible to cancel a reservation as determined by A+ Reservations. A
non-transferable gift certificate will be issued and may be used at your
convenience subject to availability, expiring 1 year from date of issue.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., or by prior arrangement (pending availability).
- Check-out time is 12:00 p.m., or by prior arrangement (pending availability).
- All rates are subject to an 11% Hotel/Motel tax.
- Rental Rate: Our larger homes are also available to smaller groups
(pending availability) and rates are based on the number of bedrooms you
will be using. Use only the number of bedrooms that you have paid
for. If more bedrooms are used than you are paying for, your credit
card will automatically be charged the difference.
- Pets are welcome at some rental homes. Not all of the rental homes
are pet friendly. Pets must be registered with our office prior to
your arrival. There is a one-time $25.00 pet fee for registered pets. You
will be charged a $100.00 fee for any unregistered pets.
- Security: While you are a guest in a rental home please be respectful
of your neighbors in regards to noise, parking and their property. The
local Resort Security Department has the ability to fine up to $1000.00
to homeowners that rent to guests who do not behave appropriately. This
fine will be passed on to the occupants of the rental home.
- Smoking: As a courtesy to all, smoking is limited to outside only.
Jo Daviess County Ordinance Occupancy Limits:
- 1 Bedroom: Limit 4 people
- 2 Bedrooms: Limit 6 people
- 3 Bedrooms: Limit 8 people
- 4 Bedrooms: Limit 10 people
- 5 Bedrooms: Limit 12 people
